1. Standard cancellation rules

2. No show policy

booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
3. Early departure
If the guest chooses to leave before the scheduled check‑out date, unused nights are
non‑refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the host.
4. Peak season and special dates
During peak seasons, festivals, or special events, a stricter cancellation policy may apply (for
example, no free cancellation within [5 days] of check‑in).
Any special conditions for these dates will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking and will
override the standard policy for those stays.
5. Modifications to booking
Date changes or shortening the stay are treated as a new booking and may follow the same rules
as cancellations, subject to availability and any price differences.
The host reserves the right to charge a modification fee or apply the cancellation policy if dates
are changed close to arrival.
6. Host initiated cancellation
In the rare case that the host must cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to safety
issues, maintenance, or government orders), the guest will receive a full refund of all amounts
paid for the stay.
The host will make reasonable efforts to help the guest find alternative accommodation, but
cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
7. Force majeure / events beyond control
Neither host nor guest will be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond their control, such
as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or serious emergencies.
In such cases, the host may offer credit for a future stay or a partial refund, depending on the
situation and applicable local rules.
8. Refund process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [7 working days]
after confirmation of cancellation.
Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion differences will be borne by
the guest, unless required otherwise by law.
9. Agreement to policy
By confirming the booking and making any payment, the guest acknowledges that they have
read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
